Electives Administrator Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Electives Administrator Coordinator to oversee the Cambridge University incoming Medical Electives programme in Addenbrookes Hospital, as well as the outgoing Electives programme undertaken by 300 Year 5 Cambridge medical students.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for incoming elective students, coordinating processes that enable them to work with Clinicians in Addenbrookes Hospital and ensuring all administrative and accommodation arrangements are in place. They will also support Year 5 Medical students in planning and attending electives elsewhere in the UK, ensuring smooth administrative processes, including risk assessments completed by all students.

This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the educational environment and be able to build relationships with clinicians, academics, and students.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
