Administrative Coordinator for Lawyers: Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team of lawyers. As a Legal Secretary / Tech Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to a group of lawyers and work closely with the Technology and Strategy teams to test and design new systems.


You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and develop your skills in technology and administration. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to a group of lawyers
  • Work closely with the Technology and Strategy teams to test and design new systems
  • Identify training needs within the team and work with the Academy Tech learning team to implement solutions

Requirements:



  • Previous experience in an administrative role supporting a team in a professional services environment
  • Excellent IT skills across a range of MS Office and business management applications
  • Natural affinity for technology and ability to share knowledge with others
