The University of Cambridge is seeking a highly skilled Electives Administrator to oversee the Cambridge University incoming Medical Electives programme in Addenbrookes Hospital. This role will also be responsible for coordinating the outgoing Electives programme undertaken by 300 Year 5 Cambridge medical students.

As the first point of contact for incoming elective students, you will play a crucial role in helping them settle in and have a positive experience. You will coordinate administrative and accommodation arrangements, ensuring all necessary processes are in place.

This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinicians and students. A salary range of £28,000 - £34,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in supporting student learning and academic success.

In addition to your administrative responsibilities, you will support Year 5 Medical students in planning and attending electives elsewhere in the UK. This involves ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly, including risk assessments.
