We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Cambridge, England. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering comprehensive HR support across the entire employee lifecycle.

Job Description:

This role involves managing the complete HR lifecycle, including onboarding, flexible work requests, and maternity, paternity, and adoption processes. You will ensure the accurate and timely administration of HR systems and records while implementing policies, procedures, and communication strategies for the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete HR lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely administration of HR systems and records.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on various HR issues, offering expert guidance.
  • Provide support to managers, team leaders, and employees regarding HR policies and practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner on operational activities.
  • Support line managers in fostering strong performance management practices.
  • Stay updated on HR legislation and employment law to ensure compliance.
  • Promote positive employee relations and effectively resolve workplace issues.
  • Provide input on local practices to align activities and support the implementation of key HR projects.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
