Our client, a leading global player in consumer electronics, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their Cambridge-based AI Centre. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have experience working within commercial HR departments, with a strong understanding of local employment law and best practices. They will also possess expertise in IT/high-tech industries and have a Level 5 CIPD qualification. The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

You will be responsible for managing the full HR cycle, including onboarding, flexible work requests, and maternity/paternity/adoption leave. Additionally, you will implement administration, policies, procedures, and communication for the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of HR systems and records.

Liaising with senior stakeholders, providing guidance on various HR issues, supporting managers, team leaders, and employees on HR policies and practices, and working with the HR Business Partner to support operational activity are all key aspects of this role.
