Human Resources Director

Just A Start is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that promote a supportive, inclusive, and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, employment law, and performance management, with a proven track record of driving organizational growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals
- Manage employee relations, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Design and implement programs to promote professional development and employee engagement
- Develop and manage human resources and benefits-related budgets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 7 years of progressive human resources experience
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR)
- Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience with employee relations, employment law, performance management, compensation, payroll and benefits administration, organization development, compliance, and best practices
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $110,000-130,000
