About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team at the University of Cambridge. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide administrative support to our Senior HR Coordinators and HR Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including coordinating recruitment and visitor processes, and onboarding new starters.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports, data analysis, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with University policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous HR experience, preferably in a Higher Education setting.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to produce work to a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well within a busy team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
