Human Resources Business Partner

As a Human Resources Business Partner for Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) - D67's Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing people strategies that drive business outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and innovative environment where you will work closely with senior leaders and HR professionals to design and deliver business-critical initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources at a senior level within an international environment. They will possess exceptional influencing and partnership skills, strong facilitation, written communication, and negotiation skills. The ability to operate with autonomy and discretion, using sound judgment in all situations, is also essential.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. You will have the opportunity to work out of one of our locations in Cambridge, GBR or other EU-based offices.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Influencing and partnering with business leaders, managers, and HR professionals across different functions and locations
- Facilitating solutions on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
- Engaging and retaining top candidates, establishing mechanisms to rotate and develop internal talent across EU
- Reviewing and analyzing business unit data & goals to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and the employee experience
- Providing valuable input and expertise to client groups as well as the HR Team in terms of legislation, policies, and practices
