We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as an Employee Experience Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement effective HR systems and processes to support business growth and development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including employment law, immigration, and benefit administration
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance employee engagement and development
  • Support the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial HR Department, preferably in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering successful HR initiatives and projects
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, regulations, and industry standards
About the Role:

This is a permanent position with a standard working week of 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home if preferred.

The salary is highly competitive, approximately £65,000 per annum, and includes a performance bonus, pension scheme, income protection, stocks & shares ISA, life assurance, and 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

You will also have access to a wide range of flexible benefits, with an allowance of £800 per year to spend on them.
