Job Overview

This Senior Employee Relations Advisor role is a critical part of our People and Culture team, supporting the delivery of exceptional employee relations services to our staff. The role requires a technical expert in employee relations who can proactively manage cases and contribute to policy improvements across our international organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Offer expert advice on People and Culture policies, procedures, and employment terms, covering areas like sickness absence, grievance, disciplinary actions, flexible working, performance, and probation.
  • Collaborate with managers to oversee formal case management, ensuring timely progress of casework while adhering to best practices and evolving employment laws.
  • Effectively manage case workloads from inception to closure, providing support for investigations and guiding managers through intricate processes.
  • Foster robust relationships with key stakeholders to identify and resolve employee relations challenges.
  • Participate in stakeholder case review meetings, offering updates on active Employee Relations cases.

To succeed in this role, you'll need CIPD qualifications or substantial experience in Employee Relations or Generalist roles. You must be able to efficiently handle complex Employee Relations cases in a rapidly changing environment.
