The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Cambridge office and work across EMEA region.

Responsibilities:
  1. Act as primary HR liaison for designated business units and/or departments.
  2. Collaborate with business leaders and HR team to develop and execute HR talent strategies that support organization's objectives.
  3. Drive succession planning and talent development efforts to ensure sustainable talent pipeline and robust retention strategies.
  4. Partner with business leaders to identify key talent, assess development needs, collaborate with talent management team to implement initiatives promoting internal career growth.
  5. Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions while maintaining confidentiality, legal compliance.
  6. Provide coaching to managers on performance management, employee development, employee engagement strategies.
  7. Collaborate with compensation benefits team to ensure competitive, fair, equitable pay practices aligning industry benchmarks, internal equity.
  8. Guide compensation-related decisions including salary adjustments, promotions, pay equity analyses.
  9. Ensure compliance with local, state, federal labor laws, company policies, industry regulations.
  10. Stay informed of evolving HR laws, industry trends, making recommendations, update internal policies as needed.
  11. Educate employees, managers on HR policies, procedures, best practices through ongoing training, communication.

Estimated Salary: £63,000 - £83,000 per annum
