Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. This role is ideal for someone with senior HR level experience and a strong background in organisational change.

Responsibilities
  • To provide strategic advice and support to our business leaders on workforce planning, development, and management initiatives.
  • To design and implement change programmes and complex HR initiatives to realise effective coordination of people, resources, and talent.
  • To contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures that align with our business objectives.
  • To manage employee relations cases and provide guidance to managers on HR best practice.
  • To identify opportunities for improvement in our HR service delivery and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Senior HR level experience with a focus on organisational change.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills in complex environments.
  • Line management and performance management experience.
Compensation

Up to £20.92 per hour PAYE.
