Head of Talent Development

- Establish credibility and trust throughout the organization and be a valuable partner and coach to the business.
- Interpret and implement policy information and support employees and managers with understanding and compliance.
- Oversee and engage in talent acquisition to attract and hire top talent.
- Lead performance review cycles and coach managers to support employee development.
- Advise employees on organizational development, talent growth, compensation, employee engagement, headcount planning, and performance improvement plans.
For this role, we require an individual with 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles, and possessing expertise in HR operations, policies, benefits, technology, analytics, budget management, performance management, employee relations, and employment law.
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $140-160k, plus a potential bonus of 16% based on company performance, and an approximate monetary value of benefits ranging from $50k to $75k.
