We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Growth Representative to join our team at n8 Talent in Cambridge.

The Job Description

  • This role involves developing and growing the sales pipeline for the Head of Sales to qualify and close deals.
  • You will qualify potential clients to understand their needs and use a consultative selling approach to identify pain points.
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to identify key decision makers and have proactive conversations on how the company can address current challenges.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and the market, providing feedback on market trends, customer requirements, and competitive actions.
  • Attend exhibitions, events, and seminars as required, presenting and promoting the product.

About You

  • Proven experience in cold calling, generating new leads, and strong communication skills (written and oral).
  • Familiarity working in a startup or scale-up business is advantageous.
  • Ability to attend trade shows and exhibitions at short notice.

The Package

  • Salary £38,000 - £48,000 per annum plus bonus.
