Adder Corp is expanding its EMEA Sales team in Cambridge and seeks a skilled Sales and Business Development Specialist to drive growth in Northern and Central Europe.

This role involves developing a pipeline of new sales opportunities with target accounts, communicating the value of our products for their specific use case. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, experience in channel sales, and a strong understanding of the German-speaking market.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus, optional private health care, employee assistance program, life assurance, cycle to work scheme, free onsite parking, shower facilities, and employee-led clubs.

You will work closely with in-territory channel partners to ensure our brand and High Performance KVM portfolio remain at the forefront of their sales teams' minds.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can effectively communicate the value of our products to customers and build strong relationships with our channel partners.
