Sales Development Specialist

Busy Bee Recruitment, an award-winning recruitment agency, is seeking a talented Internal Sales Executive to join their team. As a key player in driving new business development and customer support, this role offers a perfect blend of proactivity and reactivity.
The successful candidate will have 2+ years' experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients. In return for their dedication and hard work, they can expect a competitive salary of up to £32,500 per annum, plus quarterly bonuses.
About the Role:
- Proactively identify customer needs and promote solutions to achieve company sales goals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and updates on offers and company news
- Liaise with the field sales team to ensure seamless communication and shared goal achievement
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries, processing orders, and taking payments while maintaining high client satisfaction levels
About You:
- 2+ years' experience in sales or business development
- A strong understanding of the sales process and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
