Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in South Cambridge. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting senior sales team members in generating new business and expanding existing client accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and an excellent customer service skills. You will work closely with our experienced sales team to develop strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits.

This is a full-time office-based role that requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. A full UK driving license is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting senior sales team members in generating new business and expanding existing client accounts.
  • Developing strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits.
  • Attending sales meetings, product training, and industry events to stay up-to-date with market trends and product offerings.
  • Preparing sales reports and market analyses to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • A passion for sales and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation, ambition, and a desire to learn and grow within the role.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A full UK driving license.
