**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Development Manager to join our team at Sja's West. In this exciting role, you will work closely with our Director of Volunteer Experience and senior regional volunteer leaders to develop a compelling vision and strategy for building a thriving community first aid movement across your region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a community education program to build public first aid skills, empowering young people locally through training and development opportunities, drawing supporters and donors to our cause with local fundraising campaigns, and increasing awareness of our activities amongst the public, partner agencies, and stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the communities that need it most by ensuring St John has an impact through practices funded by our principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
