About the Opportunity:

  • Drive ongoing quality improvement across our apprenticeship programmes.
  • Provide overarching quality assurance for full-time provisions, ensuring top-tier performance.
  • Analyse data and produce detailed reports to support informed decision-making and drive impactful changes.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
  • A deep understanding of the current apprenticeship system and its evolving landscape.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent report writing and data analysis skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and drive action.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
