The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance activities across our manufacturing site in North East London. They will also be expected to manage audits, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and maintain a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA Team: Manage and develop a team of quality assurance auditors and technicians, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet departmental objectives.
  • Quality System Oversight: Oversee and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal quality standards.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of quality policies and procedures, as well as provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.

As for salary, we are offering a competitive package, including a basic salary of £42,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance.
