Head of Quality Assurance and Compliance

As a Head of Quality Assurance and Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that all business processes are aligned with industry standards and regulations. This includes developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting regular audits, and providing training to staff members. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and suppliers. We are looking for someone who has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and leadership abilities.
The salary range for this position is approximately $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure that business processes meet quality standards.
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and suppliers.
- Provide training to staff members on quality management procedures.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality management, engineering, science).
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and compliance.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
