Job Description: Head of Quality Management

Blackfield Associates, a leading biotech organisation, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Quality Management to lead the development and implementation of their Quality Management System (QMS). The successful candidate will have a proven track record in cGMP Quality Assurance and QMS implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and Implementing Policies:
    • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and work instructions to support QMS goals
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to prioritise effectively. A salary of £75,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this senior role.
