FIND | Creating Futures is delighted to be working with an inspirational and well-respected Cambridge-based centre of learning to hire a Quality Lead for their Construction Apprenticeships provision.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of apprentices. As a Quality Lead, you will play a critical role in driving quality improvement across our apprenticeship programmes.

You will work closely with the Work-Based Learning Manager to monitor the performance of the apprenticeship delivery team and ensure that KPIs are consistently exceeded. Your interventions will drive overall performance and contribute to the success of the centre.

We are looking for someone with a background in teaching, assessing, or quality assurance from a construction education setting. Alternatively, candidates who can demonstrate high levels of knowledge of apprenticeship Standards delivery and motivate staff to achieve top-tier performance are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the charge in driving ongoing quality improvement across our apprenticeship programmes.
  • Oversee quality assurance for full-time provisions.
  • Manage a team to achieve the best possible outcomes for every learner.
  • Analyse data and produce detailed reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Participate in the regular learner review process.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in leading quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the current apprenticeship system and its evolving landscape.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent report writing and data analysis skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with apprentices and employers.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
