Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Quality & Compliance:
    • Lead internal audits (ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001), update the QMS, collaborate with external auditors, develop and execute process control plans.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify gaps in processes, develop best practices, and create innovative solutions to enhance production rates and product quality. Work with internal teams to define quality metrics, increase customer satisfaction, and ensure robust manufacturing systems.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Diagnose technical issues, recommend fixes, and prepare detailed reports on defects and corrective actions.
  • Quality Control:
    • Set and monitor production quality standards, establish testing parameters, and conduct inspections to detect potential malfunctions early. Collaborate with engineering to ensure processes meet required quality and performance standards.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver exceptional results.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in science/engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in data handling with good analytical skills.
  • Practical experience with QMS and manufacturing processes.
  • In-depth understanding of technical documentation.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
