Key Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation in healthcare by analyzing current processes and identifying areas for improvement.

As a senior product/process development scientist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new methodologies or technologies for product/process improvement.

You will collect and analyze data to support decision-making and track performance, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IVDD/IVDR).

Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis: Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in current processes.
  • Product Evaluation: Evaluate and enhance product performance and quality.
  • Research & Development: Develop new methodologies or technologies for product/process improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and track performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to implement improvements.
  • Testing & Validation: Design and execute experiments to test new processes or product modifications.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of methodologies and findings.
  • Training & Support: Train teams on new processes or product changes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IVDD/IVDR).
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead or participate in projects to foster ongoing enhancement.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
