We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Program Lead to join our team. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of leading quality assurance and improvement initiatives, as well as a deep understanding of the current apprenticeship system.
The role involves leading ongoing quality improvement across apprenticeship programs, providing overarching quality assurance for full-time provisions, inspiring and managing a team, and taking an active role in the regular learner review process.

Requirements
- Proven experience in leading quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- A deep understanding of the current apprenticeship system.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent report writing and data analysis skills.
- Proven experience of collaborating with apprentices and employers to ensure high levels of achievement.
Salary and Benefits
$40,743 - $41,578 per annum plus benefits including 27 days annual leave, generous pension scheme, discounted rates on Apple products, and more.
