Job Title: Programme Delivery Expert

We are seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Expert to join AVD Appoint in Cambridgeshire.

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Benefits

To manage the current workload and align with expansion plans, we need to recruit for a Programme Delivery Expert on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations. Key responsibilities include managing procurement processes, sub-suppliers, and subcontractors, as well as overseeing cost and budget management.

You will also handle scheduling, programme management, and both customer and subcontractor claims. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, organisational skills, and leadership to ensure project success while promoting continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience as a Programme Delivery Expert or Project Engineer
  • Heavy Engineering background
  • Mechanical Engineer, able to understand technical drawings and problem-solve
  • Right to work in the UK - no sponsorship available for this role

  • Bulk Material Handling Experience
