The team

Process and System excellence will be a key component, driving maximum value from the investment we have made in our enterprise systems through standardization, simplification, automation and improved user experience.

Reporting to the IT Director – Global Finance and Corporate Functions this role will manage the delivery of the portfolio of projects that support Operational Excellence for Mundipharma’s corporate functions; Legal, Compliance, People, Business Development, Procurement and Communications


Role and responsibilities


  • Manage the delivery of a portfolio of Corporate Functions’ projects and initiatives… to quality, time and budget… achieving the target benefits
  • Assist the business leaders in building a strong business case to support each initiative and ensure value-based decision making
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the IT services provided to the Corporate Functions whilst they undergo this transformation
  • Stakeholder management:
  • Engage with key stakeholders (including functional VPs and Senior Directors) to ensure that IT roadmap and delivery is aligned with the business
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT services
  • Accountable for ensuring that all the relevant IT services meet business requirements
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the global IT strategy making sure it enables the business priorities and growth ambitions of Corporate Functions
  • Work with business leadership to identify additional technology enabled business transformation opportunities and ensure their integration into the Operational Excellence roadmap

  • Management of stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Proven ability to build and maintain outcome-based relationships with a large and diverse stakeholder base
  • Confident in challenging the status-quo in a professional and respectful way
  • Organised and rigorous, with good attention for the details
  • Able to work autonomously, but at the same time knowing when to escalate and seek support
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • Data driven mindset with a strong ability to understand data flows and integration between systems, and how data can be turned into insights
