Administrative Coordinator for MPhil Programmes

The University of Cambridge is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly professional service team as an Administrative Coordinator for MPhil Programmes. This role involves providing administrative support for two successful taught MPhil programmes: Micro and Nanotechnology Enterprise and Advanced Materials for the Energy Transition.

In this position, you will be involved in all aspects of administration, from admissions to awards, supporting MPhil students and teaching staff, as well as organising teaching sessions and events. You will work closely with the MPhil Directors, Academic Secretary, and wider course team. Your strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise effectively, and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of the programme.

Candidates must be educated to at least degree level or equivalent. Previous experience working in Higher Education would be desirable. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week. Funding for the role is currently for 5 years from commencement in post. The University actively supports equality, diversity, and inclusion and encourages applications from all sections of society.
