Role Summary:This role requires an energetic and creative Programme Coordinator to join our Cambridge village team. You will plan and facilitate a programme of activities and events for our residents, providing quality support and ensuring their well-being.
The ideal candidate will have experience in events, hospitality, or aged care, but most importantly, a genuine love for interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. You will be responsible for managing vulnerable residents, communicating with families, and delivering exercise programmes, outings, sporting, and recreational events.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate a range of activities and events for residents
- Provide quality support to vulnerable residents
- Communicate effectively with families and stakeholders
- Deliver exercise programmes, outings, and recreational events
You will need to be kind, patient, and possess excellent communication skills. A good level of fitness is also essential for delivering high-quality exercise programmes and events.
A current first aid certificate and valid driver's license are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) is also necessary. Event management or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
