We are seeking a skilled Event Operations Manager to join our Programme and Visitor Support Team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in event planning and coordination, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our events, including coordinating with event organisers and delegates, and ensuring the smooth running of events at our Institute. You will work closely with our Programme and Visitor Coordinators to provide exceptional support to our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event logistics, including accommodation requirements and lecture room bookings;">
  • Manage event timelines and deadlines;">
  • Prepare event materials, such as agendas and itineraries;">
  • Book AV and IT support as needed;">
  • Organise additional external events, such as conference dinners.">

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will have a strong background in event planning and coordination, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including pension scheme, annual leave, and access to training and development opportunities.
