About the Role

NHS England is seeking a highly motivated Programme Development Specialist to support the development of Foundation and Secondary Care Specialty Schools.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience of co-ordinating projects in complex and challenging environments, with a proven track record of managing risks and reporting. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to prepare and produce concise yet insightful communications for dissemination to senior stakeholders and a broad range of stakeholders as required.

The role involves working closely with the Head(s) of School(s), as well as linking with key stakeholders across the east of England. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of project principles, techniques and tools, such as Prince 2 Foundation and Microsoft Project.

The estimated salary for this position is £38,700 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
