About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Director to lead a Flagship Pod of Open Programmes and drive the growth and success of our client's high-profile General Management and Leadership offerings.

The successful candidate will have extensive business development experience, including consultative selling, senior-level customer relationship management, and cross-cultural sensitivity. They will also have strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a proven track record of driving programme development and achieving sales goals.

The salary for this role is estimated at £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Business Growth:
    Proactively build and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring ambitious participant and revenue targets are met.
  2. Lead Programme Development:
    Develop and roll out new Open Programmes within the Flagship Pod, overseeing all aspects from development to delivery.
  3. Foster Strong Relationships:
    Build strong relationships with clients, faculty, and internal teams, ensuring the programmes meet or exceed expectations.
  4. Manage and Lead Team Members:
    Lead and manage the Flagship Pod, providing mentorship and clear direction to your team.
