Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our team at Universal Business Team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals who require extra support due to age, disability, or injury.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 per annum
