Job Description

As an Operations Administrator at Tsunami Axis, you will provide general administration support and work actively as part of the central team to increase and enhance the level of service and profitability. Your duties will include stock control, internal invoicing process for storage, crew works scheduling, quotations/cost schedules for the crews, and ensuring the team meets their targets and crew costs are allocated and invoiced monthly.

You will also act as the first point of contact for the building landlord and oversee any building/office/service supplies and issues, and visitors to the building. The ideal candidate should possess a mix of skills, experience, and attributes that align with operational efficiency, strong communication skills, and organisational management.
