Job Overview

At Apple Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AIML) team. As a key member of our admin support team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our AIML leaders and their teams. Your primary responsibilities will include managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling daily operations of the team. You will also be responsible for maintaining utmost confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and video/conference calls
  • Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodations
  • Coordinate events and off-sites
  • Maintain accurate records and files

Requirements and Qualifications:

We are looking for an ambitious and highly organized individual who is proficient in complex scheduling, travel arrangements, task management, facilities coordination, teleconferencing, purchasing, and daily operations of the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a strong sense of professionalism, a proven track record of meeting deadlines, and the ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changes effectively.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
