Role Description:

We are seeking a Visitor Experience Manager to join our team at the University of Cambridge.

As Visitor Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every delegate has a fantastic experience, from registration to post-event wrap-up.

Your key responsibilities will include managing all aspects of our events using an electronic event management system, liaising with event organisers and delegates, coordinating with both our team and external stakeholders, creating agendas and content, organising logistics, preparing event materials, booking AV and IT support, and arranging additional external events such as conference dinners.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • A strong attention to detail;
  • Familiarity with electronic event management systems;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Experience in a similar role or industry.

Salary and Package:

This role comes with a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
