Job Brief:
">We are seeking a Senior Events Coordinator to join our Programme and Visitor Support Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
">About the Role:
">In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our events, including coordinating with event organisers and delegates, and ensuring the smooth running of events at our Institute. You will work closely with our Programme and Visitor Coordinators to provide exceptional support to our visitors.

- Manage event logistics, including accommodation requirements and lecture room bookings;">
- Coordinate with event organisers and delegates to ensure a smooth event experience;">
- Prepare event materials, such as agendas and itineraries;">
- Book AV and IT support as needed;">
- Organise additional external events, such as conference dinners.">
Requirements:
">We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will have a strong background in event planning and coordination, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
">Salary:
">The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
