Job Overview

We are seeking a Meetings and Events Organiser to join our team at Busy Bee Recruitment. As a Meetings and Events Organiser, you will play a key role in planning and executing events and conferences that exceed client expectations.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in event planning and coordination, as well as strong organisational and communication skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing event plans, cultivating relationships with clients and stakeholders, and managing event logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement event plans from conception to delivery
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment
  • Coordinate with our Operations Team to ensure seamless event execution
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in event planning and coordination
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • A positive and proactive attitude
