Job Description:

The Event Coordinator Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the success of our events and conferences. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in event planning and coordination, as well as strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement event plans from conception to delivery
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment
  • Coordinate with our Operations Team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote events and increase attendance
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in event planning and coordination
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • A positive and proactive attitude
Salary and Benefits:
