Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Events Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth planning and execution of events, including conferences, meetings, and weddings.

About Us

Busy Bee Recruitment is a dynamic and supportive company that values exceptional event planning skills. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Creatinng memorable client experiences
  • Managing contracts, deposits, prepayments, resolving account queries, and processing credit card charges
  • Coordinating with the Operations Team to ensure every event is ran as smoothly as possible
Requirements
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results
