Key Responsibilities- Developing enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Creatinng memorable client experiences
- Managing contracts, deposits, prepayments, resolving account queries, and processing credit card charges
- Coordinating with the Operations Team to ensure every event is ran as smoothly as possible
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
