Job Description

The role of Senior Financial Planning Assistant at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is to provide high-level support to Financial Planners in research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quality financial planning reports, suitability reports/letters, and client financial plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Financial Planners in researching and analysing client data to identify key areas of improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial planning reports, suitability reports/letters, and client financial plans to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Attend client meetings, presenting cash flow as required, and maintain performance standards.
  • Promote the company's profile within the profession and wider communities.
Requirements
  • Diploma qualification in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Financial Planning process and industry trends.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Broad knowledge of the Financial Services Industry and a high level of technical knowledge.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
