Financial Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis for beBee Professionals in Cambridge, UK. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
- Monitoring and managing the company's cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Overseeing month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
- Managing relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
- Providing strategic financial advice to senior management.
- Implementing and improving financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
