Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, including annual budgets and long-range planning initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights and financial analysis.
  3. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring sound decision-making across the organization.
  4. Maintain and enhance our financial planning and analytics capabilities, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the company.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in financial planning and analysis software, such as Adaptive Planning.

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $220,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
