Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert financial planning advice to clients, encompassing retirement planning, inheritance, and tax efficiency;
  • Structuring and leading client meetings to ensure comprehensive understanding of their needs;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, in line with Group policy;
  • Working collaboratively with Investment Management and Professional Services colleagues to develop client relationships;
  • Developing and maintaining close relationships with professional advisers through COIs;
  • Maintaining the New Business Pipeline (NBP) and ensuring all values and dates are up to date.
Key Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Charter Membership within Financial Planning;
  • Proven experience as a Financial Planner, with technical knowledge and effective communication skills;
  • Strong relationship management skills, with ability to deal with new and existing clients on a fee basis;
  • Able to analyse client information and provide suitable recommendations;
  • Experience operating within a risk management framework, with thorough understanding of private client business risks.
