Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
- Manage and analyze financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on financial matters to business units and leadership teams.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in a finance-related discipline complemented by a minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Knowledge in SAP and OneStream is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
