Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business units to develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  2. Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
  3. Manage and analyze financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  4. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  5. Provide expert advice and guidance on financial matters to business units and leadership teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in a finance-related discipline complemented by a minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Knowledge in SAP and OneStream is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
