Financial Planning Expert

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standardized product KPIs using Cognos.
- Support cross-functional teams in Grower Returns outputs and tailor reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot system errors and maintain accurate master data.
- Support reconciliation of returns data and financials, developing reports to monitor key metrics.
- Assist with automating financial processes, particularly around Grower Returns postings.
- Coordinate and support sales, profit forecasting, and budget preparation across all departments.
- Contribute to group reporting, including introducing new reporting timetables and system developments.
Requirements:
- Part or fully qualified Accountant.
- Strong accounting background with a focus on data and systems.
- Proven experience with large-scale reporting systems (e.g., Cognos) and familiarity with Data Warehouses.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for influencing at all levels.
