Job Role: Estimation and Planning Expert

As an Estimation and Planning Expert at Coel, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and developing comprehensive plans for construction and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of sub-contractor and supplier databases.
  • Coordinate site inspections and surveys to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive tender submissions, perform risk analysis, and review with Senior Estimator, Commercial Manager, and Sales Lead.
  • Work closely with the Sales Lead on D&B projects to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sub-contractors to ensure accurate scope of work and efficient project execution.
  • Prepare and handover project documentation to the project team on successful tenders.
