Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, ensuring the financial well-being of our clients. As a key member of our Wealth Management team, you will be involved in all aspects of client servicing, from initial onboarding to regular review meetings.



Key Responsibilities

  • Client Servicing: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
  • Annual Review Meetings: Prepare and conduct annual review meetings to ensure our clients' financial journeys are successful, secure, and sustainable.
  • Platform & CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and ensure seamless platform operations.
  • New Clients: Welcome new clients, arrange meetings, and onboard them into our services.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to build trust with our clients.
  • Financial Planning Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial planning principles and practices.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
